2. During the warranty period, If the product quality problems, maintain and change the spare parts for the customers for free (except for the instrument damage caused by human factors).

3. The warranty shall commence on the date the playground equipment is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated.

4. Aplay playground equipment are designed and manufactured to high quality standards. If properly used, monitored and well-maintained, they will provide years of fun experience for our customers.

5. Aplay should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

6. If Man-made damage to the playground equipment, the warranty is no longer enjoy the right company to provide maintenance services and Aplay provide maintenance services and charge clients appropriate components and maintenance costs.

7. We have specialized after-sale service term to supply the fastest and best service to the customers. We will try our best to solve the problem for customers until customers are satisfied.

8. Any quality problem occurs within one year warranty, please send photos of damage parts of playground equipment to us (Info@aplayedutoy.com),  we will reply you within 48 hours for you!
